Growing future stars of pickleball
The AFP Junior Program aims to identify, develop, and nurture young pickleball talents across Asia by providing a structured pathway from grassroots to competitive international play. The program focuses on building strong technical foundations, competitive mindset, and character development, while creating opportunities for juniors to gain exposure through regional and global tournaments.
Asia Pickleball Junior Open
The Asia Pickleball Junior Open is an international tournament organised by the Asia Federation of Pickleball (AFP), bringing together young athletes from across Asia to compete and develop their skills.
Featuring Singles and Doubles events across multiple age groups, the tournament provides a competitive platform for juniors to challenge themselves, gain international experience, and accelerate their development in the sport.
More than just a competition, the event promotes sportsmanship, friendship, and youth development, supporting AFP’s mission to nurture the next generation of pickleball champions.
Top-performing medalists will also have the opportunity to be invited to compete at the Pickleball World Championships in Dallas, Texas, USA, providing a pathway for young athletes to showcase their talent on the global stage.
