ATHLETE'S GUIDE

Check-In

Athletes can begin check-in from April 30, 2024, and you will receive the AOPC player's pass. Please ensure your name is correct and remember your Player's ID, as it will be used for identification.
Server bands will be issued during check-in; please reuse the band throughout the tournament. For hygiene reasons, we will not collect them back.
All athletes must also check in at the operation desk 30 minutes before their first match of each division.

Paddle Inspection

Players may use any USAP-approved paddle that is posted on the USAP website
(https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/) or non-approved paddles that comply with USAP rulebook section 2. E Paddle Specification. No wooden paddle is allowed.
After check-in, proceed to the next station to have your paddles checked. Once inspected, the officer will mark the paddle with a "QC" sticker on the paddle butt cap. Please bring your spare paddles to be checked at the same time. This needs to be done only once for the entire tournament.

Congratulation winners for the OPEN divisions! Please scan the QR code and accurately complete your Paypal email address for the AOPC team to transfer your prize money.
